Don’t forget to set your clocks ahead Saturday night (3/7)
The Annie Armstrong Offering is collected during the Easter season each year to support our North American Missionaries. Annie Armstrong was born in Baltimore (1850) at a time when there was little opportunity for women. Yet, her devotion to Christ led her to a life of service and leadership. She organized women to pray, to give and to meet the needs around them. She challenged pastors and churches to action and rallied vital support for missionaries. Ultimately, Annie was recognized as a national Southern Baptist trailblazer for her visionary leadership that still inspires millions today.
This Wednesday evening we are having pork chops, rice and/or mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans. Dessert is also available; all for a donation to the building fund.
The church is having a fish fry fundraiser for the building fund this Saturday from 11—3 pm. Please come out and support the building fund!
