HAPPY BIRTHDAY EUGENE
RECLINER RAFFLE: Hillcrest Academy has received a recliner donated by McKinnon Home Furnishings. The students are raffling tickets for $2 each. The drawing will be 12/18/09 at noon. You can choose from six colors. Roberta McKinnon has tickets for sale.
CHRISTMAS PROGRAM: Hillcrest Academy is performing a Christmas program on Thursday, 12/17/09 at 6:30pm. The students have invited the church, and hope you will come.
FOOD BASKETS: We are collecting non perishables for Christmas food baskets. If you know of a needy family, please see Pastor Willie.
AWAY IN A MANGER: An extra choir practice is scheduled for 12/16/09 at 5:30pm.
LOTTIE MOON OFFERING FOR FOREIGN MISSIONS: The offering will be accepted through the month of December. We collected $105 of $1600 so far.
CHRISTMAS PARTY: The church wide Christmas party will be this Wednesday. Everyone please bring an inexpensive “white elephant” gift.
CHRISTMAS CAROLING: Caroling to shut-ins will be this Saturday evening at 6:30. Please see Christie Lane if you have a special person we need to visit.
VIDEOGRAPHERS NEEDED: Volunteers are needed to fill in on video taping of Sunday services. Must be adult male, willing to learn and to make copies. See Wayne O’Steen for details.
OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS: If you have any announcement that you would like placed in our bulletin, please write a note and pass it to Christie by 5pm on Friday.
